Akri flow in eight steps: the operator applies a Configuration; the Agent sees it and asks the OPC UA Discovery Handler to look up each URL; the handler queries the autoclave OPC UA server; the Agent creates an Instance and a device plugin resource; the Controller sees the Instance and creates a broker pod that requests the resource and opens an OPC UA session to the autoclave.
