Krkn: chaos runs from outside the cluster

Architecture: krknctl or a krkn-hub container starts Krkn, which reads a configuration and scenario files. Krkn runs outside the cluster under test, injects faults through the Kubernetes API, and can call the cloud API for node and zone faults. Prometheus in the cluster provides metrics for SLO checks and health URLs. Krkn records telemetry, a resiliency score and a report.
