Perses flow in six steps: dashboard code is merged in Git; percli builds it to JSON or YAML; percli lint validates it; percli apply stores it in the Perses API; the web UI loads the dashboard and sends each panel query to the datasource proxy; the proxy adds credentials and runs the PromQL on Prometheus.
