Telegraf architecture: input plugins read or subscribe to two OPC UA servers; metrics pass through processor plugins to output plugins, each with its own buffer, which publish to an MQTT broker, write to a time-series store and expose a Prometheus endpoint; a TOML configuration file defines the plugins.
